  • Order and payment data – the services you buy, invoices and transaction references. Card details are handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

  • Domain data – information required by registries to register or transfer a domain.

3. How we use your data and legal bases

We use your data on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

  • Performance of a contract – to create your account, provide and maintain your services, process payments and deliver support.
  • Legal obligation – to issue invoices and keep accounting and tax records.
  • Legitimate interests – to secure our platform, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve our services.
  • Consent – for optional communications such as marketing, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar storage to keep the site working and to remember preferences (for example, that you accepted the cookie notice). You can clear or block cookies in your browser, although some features may then not work as expected.

5. Sharing and processors

We share data only where necessary, with:

  • infrastructure, datacenter and DDoS-protection providers that host the service;
  • payment processors that handle your transactions;
  • domain registries and registrars (for example ICANN, EURid) when you register a domain;
  • authorities or third parties where required by law or to protect our rights.

These providers are expected to handle your data securely and only for the agreed purpose.

6. International transfers

Your data is processed within the European Union where possible. If a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and for the period required to meet legal, accounting and reporting obligations (invoices are typically retained for the period required by law). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Unpaid accounts and their data may be removed shortly after the payment deadline.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your personal data and obtain a copy;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request erasure ("right to be forgotten") where applicable;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.

To exercise these rights, contact us at support@enixserver.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Romania, ANSPDCP).

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including access controls, encryption in transit and always-on DDoS mitigation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep risks low and to respond quickly to incidents. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

10. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us so we can remove it.
